Dr. Tobie and Dr. Justin are a great team. I went in a week ago for neck and back pain. Upon arriving I was met with sincere kindness and a smile. When does that happen when you go to a doctor? The office was very well-kept, modern, and all the patients coming in and out were smiling. I returned a couple of days after my first treatment and once again, I felt at home and at ease, and guess what, my pain was better and I've had it for years. Dr. Southall has proven to be a benefit to not only me as an athlete but also as a great resource to the clients that I work with. As a coach, I have always looked for ways to better myself and surround myself with experts that I can learn from. Dr. Southall has helped me improve my performance and has been a great resource for many of my clients racing triathlon to just helping manage structural alignment after injury. I wish he were still here in Baton Rouge.

I am an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. I began having shoulder pain and lost full range of motion in both arms. This not only effected my work but outdoor activities and my life. Simple things like getting dressed or fixing my hair, became very difficult. I went and saw an Orthopedic Surgeon. I went through 3 different rounds of painful injections in my shoulders and Physical Therapy. After a year of unresponsive treatments, the next step was surgery. I knew there had to be another option.

I had never been to a Chiropractic Doctor but decided to make an appointment. This was the best decision I ever made. After going through treatment with Dr. Justin Southall, I had full range of motion in both arms and shoulders. I was finally pain-free after years of suffering. I felt like I had my life back. Words can not express how wonderful this was. It has been over a year now and I am still pain-free and have full use of both of my arms. I owe getting my life back to Dr. Southall. I will forever be grateful to him.

I have been getting adjusted by Dr. Southall since February 2009, after I was rear-ended in a car accident. He explained the adjusting process to me very clearly. Dr. Southall made me feel at home right away. During a visit with him, I expressed how my hip pops out of the socket occasionally and will cause pain while sleeping on my side. He told me he could adjust each side of my hip and it made sleeping much more peaceful. After a couple of months, I began the maintenance plan which was being adjusted once a month. Now that he has moved to Fairhope, AL, I make an effort to go and get adjusted by him once a month because he is the best chiropractor I have ever experienced.

I was in a car accident and suffered from severe neck and back pain. I went to a back specialist, physical therapy, etc. and none of them could help with the pain I was experiencing. The Neurosurgeon told me I'd have to have back surgery to relieve me of my pain. I decided to try chiro services. Almost immediately, my pain was little to none. I referee basketball and am very active. I went to Dr. J to help alleviate several pulled/strained muscles I had. He knew just what to do to get me up and running again. Dr. J is very knowledgeable, he listens and cares about getting his patients up and running. Thanks, Dr. J - you're the Best!!!

I am an avid tennis player and mother of three children. My first experience with Dr. Southall was when I had a case of tennis elbow. I had tried everything. He used the Active Release Technique on my elbow and after a few treatments I had zero pain and my tennis swing was improved.

The second experience with Dr. Southall was about a year ago when I was at the point of getting surgery for my plantar fasciitis. I couldn't do anything without the excruciating pain in the bottom of my foot and heel. I had surgery scheduled the following week and Dr. Southall convinced me to see him the week prior. I traveled three hours to see him and after two visits I was 50% better and by the end of the week and four treatments, I was 90% better. I cancelled the surgery and since then I have not had any problems with my plantar fasciitis. Thank you, Dr. Southall.

Roughly 4 weeks ago, I came to Dr. Justin Southall out of desperation. I was in the middle of a quest to run 3 marathons in 4 months and was injured with a Achilles Tendon/IT Band problem. My running coach highly recommended Dr. Justin, I on the other hand was skeptical. He worked me right in, and quickly diagnosed me with a hip flexor issue and also said he could help a lingering chronic piriformis issue. He performed ART and gave me several at-home exercises and therapies to do. He told me if I did everything he said to do, I would run my marathon--which was in 4 weeks. Many people advised me to sit out the marathon, but Dr. Justin was confident he could get me back running. Well, I stayed committed to his advice and did my homework. Yes, some days were harder than others, but he kept encouraging me and never allowed me to doubt. I was back training hard in a week.

Well in 4 weeks time I went from hobbling in pain to a personal best in my Marathon. Yes, that's right, he not only got me healthy but got my body in top performance shape. All my running friends can't believe it. It is extremely difficult to personally best a marathon. Almost unheard of to do it 4 weeks after an injury---that's like Hollywood movie stuff. Only this was real, and it was my life.

Dr. Justin knows his stuff. Not only is he a highly skilled practitioner, but an accomplished athlete who knows exactly how devastating it is to be facing an injury. His passion for health is contagious and has inspired me to take his advice into daily practice.

I am also a RN and will recommend him to all my patients who are tired of living with pain. Life is meant to be enjoyed, and Dr. Justin can give us our life back.
